This hotpot covers ALL of the above factors – and even boasts a bird’s eye view of Raffles Place, situated on Level 4 of One Raffles Place and encased in classy glass panes.
Enjoy the scenery with your fellow co-workers whilst sharing a sumptuous lunch or dinner!!!
Lovely ambience too with the wooden overlay.
There is a smorgasbord of options in the menu – from different cuts of meat to different sharing platters for different no. of pax!!! A wide variety of sauces:
You WILL be spoilt for choice. Around $26++ per pax but it really depends on what you order, alacarte is available as well.
Have some drinks as well!!!
Originally inspired by mainstream hotpot in Taiwan, this restaurant wishes to establish themselves as one that serves TOP quality meat and ingredients.
And our tastebuds can definitely vouch for that. Just look at the marbling!
Unlike frozen cuts of meat, these meats were thick and malleable, and melted smoothly into the hotpot broth, emerging beautifully and dissolving tenderly on your tongue.
We loved the cuts of lamb and pork, one of the better cuts we have tried at hotpot – flavourful and thick yet not tough.
Just a lovely flatlay:
Scallop was THE bomb – size-wise and texture-wise, it champions most all similar price range hotpots we’ve tried!!!This mini side, braised pork belly with sushi rice also damn shiok!! Like zichar-style sauce and super melt-in-your-mouth!!!
Some nice meatballs you can shape into the broth yourself:
We were spoilt for choice with the range of broths, and decided to try the “satay” broth, which is apparently popular in Taiwan. It really did taste like satay gravy and somehow complimented the meats albeit a tad sweet.
Don’t forget to gaze serenely over the hustle and bustle of Raffles Place, and take a breather amidst your hectic office hours!
