Originally inspired by mainstream hotpot in Taiwan, this restaurant wishes to establish themselves as one that serves TOP quality meat and ingredients.
And our tastebuds can definitely vouch for that. Just look at the marbling!
Unlike frozen cuts of meat, these meats were thick and malleable, and melted smoothly into the hotpot broth, emerging beautifully and dissolving tenderly on your tongue.
We loved the cuts of lamb and pork, one of the better cuts we have tried at hotpot – flavourful and thick yet not tough.

Scallop was THE bomb – size-wise and texture-wise, it champions most all similar price range hotpots we’ve tried!!!
This mini side, braised pork belly with sushi rice also damn shiok!! Like zichar-style sauce and super melt-in-your-mouth!!!

We were spoilt for choice with the range of broths, and decided to try the “satay” broth, which is apparently popular in Taiwan. It really did taste like satay gravy and somehow complimented the meats albeit a tad sweet.
