We believe the pandemic hit them really hard, not just them, but the entire stretch of Keong Saik Road. The used to be busy street is now pretty quiet. On weekdays, some restaurant even start closing at 8pm when they usually closes at 10.30pm. Thus, Angel & Devil decided to come out with this SUPER ATTRACTIVE promotion, in hope to attract more crowd! The menus rotate from time to time, so do PM them on fb if you want to be sure before heading down.
The menu includes a starter, an entree (mains) & a dessert! YES FOR JUST $11.80
Our favourite is this Truffle Gnocchi, this item alone is something we would pay at least 15 bucks for!
