Good news for Beauty in the pot fans! The hotpot chain has just opened their 7th outlet at Nex this october which seats up to 250 pax. In celebration of the opening, beauty in the pot will offer Flaming Moutai Herbal Drunken chicken broth exclusively at NEX for a limited time. Reputed as one of the most valuable spirit in the world, you can order additional shots if that’s what you like but the broth already will be infused with a huge ladle of Moutai which the wait staff will light and pour into your boiling broth. I had it last night and I’m already craving for more 😉
Wondering what Moutai is? n China, Maotai (or Moutai) is known as ‘the national liquor’. It is made from a grain called red sorghum at Kweichow Moutai Co, Ltd, the country’s most famous baijiu (Chinese spirits) distillery. It’s alcoholic content is up to 54% and rare editions are often auctioned at Christies and your Sothebys for thousands and thousands of dollars.
